Busybeeeeeeee

I really did want to get into the habit of blogging on a daily basis again but since I've changed job roles at work I've mostly done nothing but work and revise. On Wednesday I managed to get out of work by 4pm and headed for Zumba class with a couple of my friends. We ended up driving to my friends ex's house with her for moral support while she went to pick up the rest of her things, thankfully for him he wasn't around, I honestly think he would have a got a serious kick in if he was. After that we went and picked up some cherries, grapes and wine, headed back to my other mates flat, sat slagging the people on Sun, Sex and suspicious parents off and talking about our plans for Ireland in 14 days. I'm surprised at how well she's been coping with everything that's happened in the last week but I'm also glad that she is actually smiling and happy and not just pretending to be.
I had yesterday off and Matt had booked it off because we we're expecting someone from the estate agents to come round, she ended up showing up just after 11am and was only here for 5 minuets, which was kind of annoying but it also meant we had the rest of the day to ourselves. I spent it doing pretty much fuck all, it had started snowing again and I couldn't be arsed to get dressed appropriately for the weather and decided to just bring the duvet down and snuggled up on the sofa drinking cups of tea and switching between reading Catching fire and revising for my tests while Matt sat next to me playing WoW on his laptop. I guess we're pretty easily amused but it was so nice to have a day where neither of us had to actually do anything!

Today I had to pretty much jump out of bed because I forgot I had a dentist appointment and had to pretty much run for the bus, which was a lot harder than it should have been considering I have to make my way down two stupidly steep hills  to get to the bus stop and these roads always get forgotten about by the grit trucks. I managed to get there without falling over though thank god!
I now  have a couple of hours to kill before my work shift tonight, I'm loving work so much recently, it's been so good to finally be able to work to the position I want to be in, it's hard work but I love it! I guess because I'm so interested and motivated I find all the challenges fun. Tonight should be the busiest shift I've worked so far but I guess that depends on whether the snow holds off, next week is half term as well  so that should also be pretty interesting to work lol.
This post has ended up being longer than I expected....I will do my best to keep updating it in future!
